The chains available for our neckpieces are: 42cm, 45cm, 50cm, 60cm, 70cm and 80cm. Should you order a neckpiece that already has a chain length specified, but you wish to have a longer or shorter chain attached please specify this in the comments box once you have placed your order.
Our bangle sizes are calculated in diameter. If you would like your bangle cuffed instead please leave a note in the comment box when placing your order.
Our bracelet sizes are shown in lengths. If you have measured your wrist and would like a slightly larger or shorter length please leave a note in the comment box when placing your order.
Metals like brass, bronze and copper tend to turn certain people's skin green, as such we have decided to use mostly 18ct yellow gold plated sterling silver. Gold plating rubs off in time, especially with rings. To help maintain the plating for as long as possible, we recommend that you don’t shower with your jewellery on, avoid rubbing it when wearing it and keep away from any chemicals. Clients are most welcome to bring pieces back to be re-plated – the cost of re-plating will be determined by the size of the piece.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Should you wish to return your purchase, please contact us immediately to discuss the particular matter, and whether a refund is applicable. The item will need to be returned to us within 7 days of delivery in unused condition, and in its original packaging. Courier costs are non-refundable, and return of any items is the responsibility of the customer. We do not recommend using registered mail when returning items, as we cannot be held liable for any packages lost in the post.
Commissioned items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We will gladly repair any piece that breaks due to a manufacturing fault within two months of receipt. All other repairs will be charged by the hour. Please note that chains and findings used in making our jewellery are not necessarily made in-house and we therefore urge you to be extra careful with these components.
If the goods you receive from us are damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the item in question.
We send orders throughout South Africa using CitiSprint. Full payment must be made before the order can be processed and manufactured.
Some of our pieces are made to order, so please allow 10 working days for manufacturing, and an additional 2 to 3 working days for delivery. We aim to keep stock of all pieces on site at all times, and will try our best to deliver to you as fast as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the package once it has left our studio.
For International orders we use EMS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Please note that International orders will be subject to applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government – we cannot be held liable for these fees and recommend contacting your local customs agency for an indication of any charges you may have to pay when bringing a parcel into your country.
