REPAIRS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
For up to 2 months within you receiving your order, we will gladly repair any piece that breaks due to a manufacturing fault free of charge. All other repairs will be charged by the hour.
Please note that certain components used in making our jewels are not manufactured in-house and can not always be repaired if they break.
We cannot be held responsible for the damage of chains. Chains are delicate by nature and care needs to be taken when wearing them. Replacement of chains will be quoted on and charged to the clients account.
We, therefore, always urge you to be careful with these components.
We aim to create jewellery pieces that will stand the test of time, and be strong enough to be worn every day. Having said this, please note that jewellery is delicate by nature and cannot be manufactured to be indestructible. We cannot be held liable for breakage or loss of jewellery which is not as a result of manufacturing faults, as we cannot control the care with which it is worn once leaving our studio.
We urge you to treat your precious pieces with the utmost care.
Returns & Exchanges
We would like all our customers who buy from Anna Rosholt Jewellery to be absolutely thrilled with their purchase. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, we will be able to offer you a store credit or refund of the item. Should you wish to return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com to discuss. For a full refund to apply, the items must be returned to us within 14 DAYS/2 WEEKS of delivery, in an unused condition, along with its original packaging.
*Courier charges are non-refundable and the return cost of any packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed, and accepted at our discretion once the pieces have been received in studio and inspected.
If the goods you receive from us are damaged upon opening or not what you ordered, please notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receipt.
All products are returnable, excluding:
Special orders (stock items with alterations etc)
Custom made Jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Products bought on sale
We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
- Please make sure your hoops are securely fastened every time you wear your hoops, with the arm locking between the clips. The small clips may widen as a normal result of regular wear. We recommend having the clips assessed, as soon as they feel too loose, so that we can tighten them for you. This can easily be done by any professional jeweller near you if you are unable to visit our studio.
- Hoops are sold in pairs but if you have misplaced a single hoop we can still help you out! Please email Megan email@example.com to organise your replacement purchase.
Natural Pearls & Stones
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and rough activity, as these stones are fragile and sensitive to erosive materials.
Their shapes and hues reflect the way they were formed by nature and each and every one is completely unique. Our Tropical Safari Collection embraces irregularity and we cannot guarantee that you will receive charms that are completely uniform in size and colour or free of natural discolouration/crystallisation/variation.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any charms or damage to natural components once they have left our studio.
We will gladly exchange any charms for replacements that suit your preference, if they are unused/unworn and in their original condition or packaging.
Courier fees will be the responsibilty of the customer.
