Shipping - South Africa & Africa
Do you offer free local shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for local South African orders over R1200.
Shipping throughout the rest of Africa is free for orders over R2500.
How much does shipping cost for local & rest of Africa orders?
We charge a flat rate of R80 for shipping and free delivery for orders over R1200.
For the rest of Africa, we charge a flat rate of R500 and free delivery for orders over R2500.
How long does local shipping take?
Delivery time is from when the courier collects the parcel and does not include manufacturing time for items not held in stock.
🍇 If you are based in Cape Town: Today or Tomorrow. (Weekends excluded)
🌞 If you are in a National City Centre: Within 1 - 2 working days.
🍒 If you are in a small town or regional area/ farm/ rural location: Within 3 - 5 days.
9k solid gold pieces take between 10 and 15 days to manufacture if they are not held in stock.
Shipping - International
Can my order be sent internationally?
Yes, yes and yes! We send orders all over the world, door to door, with DHL courier.
Please note that you may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country.
Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
How much does international shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of R500 for shipping orders internationally (excl Australia & New Zealand).
For Australia & New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of R650.
Caring & Repairing
Do you repair damaged Anna Rosholt jewellery?
We take special care to ensure that you receive jewellery of the highest quality. All pieces are triple-checked for manufacturing flaws or weaknesses before being packed for orders.
For up to 2 months after you receive your order, we will gladly repair any piece that breaks due to a manufacturing fault free of charge. All other repairs will be charged by the hour.
Certain components, including chains and those not manufactured in-house, cannot be repaired.

Can you resize my Anna Rosholt ring?
We offer one complimentary sizing for all Silver stock pieces. Courier charges apply.
Can I send my Anna Rosholt jewellery in for cleaning?

Returns
Can I return a product?
If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you are welcome to return them within 14 days of delivery, in an unused condition, along with their original packaging.
If an order is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours.

Courier charges are non-refundable and the return cost of any packages is the responsibility of the customer.

Are in-store appointments for custom jewellery only?
No, you are welcome to shop our available stock at our Loop Street studio. However, in order to deliver a shopping experience that feels bespoke, we do ask that you book an appointment.
