Silver tarnishes over time but Gold does not.

Wash your ring with a soft toothbrush & a tiny bit of dishwashing liquid every now and then to renew its sparkle.

Please note though that all online purchases should be treated as ‘made to order,’ so please allow 10 to 15 working days for processing and manufacturing. Once processed and manufactured, your order will be shipped. Please note that we can only start this process once we have received payment.

When can you expect delivery once your order has been shipped?

Cape Town: Today or Tomorrow. (Weekends excluded)

National City Centre: Within 1 - 2 working days.

Small town or regional area/ farm/ rural location: Within 3 - 5 days.

International delivery: 7 - 15 days.

Not the right fit? Don’t Worry! We offer one free ring sizing on all Sterling Silver stock pieces. Courier fees will be charged to the clients account.

We recommend that rings with stones be checked annually, where settings will be tightened if necessary, and missing or loose stones will be replaced or reset without cost for up to 3 months post-purchase - provided loss/damage is due to manufacturing defects (as determined by the studio).

If a stone has fallen out due to negligence or accidental damage, the cost of the replacement stone(s) will be for the clients account. The cost for this will be determined on a case by case basis.
